Two short tasks that train attention — and get harder only when the child is ready.

Thirteen mini-games, twelve levels each. The plan picks today's pair from what went well yesterday, so nothing is too easy and nothing is frustrating.

16:00 Body

Ready-made activity cards to let the energy out.

No equipment, five to ten minutes, in the living room. Each card shows the move, the count and what it trains — balance, coordination, both sides of the body working together.

19:00 Wind down

Calming sounds and bedtime tales for a good night's sleep.

A quiet end to the day: rain on the window, a purring cat, a short tale read slowly. Set the timer and put the phone face down.

Questions

Before you start

What age is it for?

Three to ten. The first three questions set the starting level; after that the plan adjusts itself.

Which languages?

English, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Ukrainian and Lithuanian. More are added as they are ready — we do not promise a language before it is in the app.

Is this more screen time?

About fifteen minutes, half of it away from the screen. Movement cards and bedtime sounds do not need the child looking at anything.

Does it work on the TV?

Yes — an Android TV version runs the same plan with the remote, so the whole family sees the task.

How do I get access?

Press “Get access” and leave your e-mail — we open the app to families in small groups and write to you when your place is ready.
